Orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days.
Why is my order still processing?
We apologize for any delays you’re experiencing with your order. We are experiencing an increased order volume and shipping delays due to new safety measures in place around our campus — as a result, it’s taking longer than usual for Lodge website orders to ship.
Keep an eye on your email for order updates! We’ll email you once your order ships with a link to tracking information.
How do I check my online order status?
You can check the status of your orders by logging into your account and clicking on “Orders.” This is the easiest and fastest way to get information about your Lodge online order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with a link to track the order on the carrier’s website. By clicking on the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it is in transit.
Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
All returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and tags intact.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will approve your refund immediately.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
