- Item number (found on the bottom of the cookware) or product size/color
- Where and when you purchased it
- How you typically preheat the cookware
- Photos: one of the damaged area, one of the Lodge logo

If your item was purchased new and is unused from another retailer—either in-store or online—please contact the original retailer directly for assistance with returns, exchanges, or damage / shipping claims.
